Areas of experience needed: GYN, ophthalmology, plastics and podiatry.
?Perform high quality peri-operative nursing care.
?Maintain knowledge of and observe universal standard, universal precautions and all other precautions/protocols determined by New England Baptist Hospital.
?Effectively communicate with patients to obtain important clinical information, instruct the patient, relieve anxiety, and gain cooperation during procedures etc.
?Understand and apply Guest Relations skills and display excellent customer service skills. ?Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
?Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills.
?Adapt to changing environments (flexible schedules, emergency conditions, protocol development, technology advancements).
?Function effectively under conditions which are often fast paced and stressful.

Job Requirements: ?Preferred 2 years of full time Operating Room experience ?Experience with ortho, podiatry, plastic, colorectal, gyn, ophthalmology ?Hospital or Surgical Center experience ? CNOR Preferred, BLS, MA License
