PHMI_100 Alvarado Hospital - CLS PM Shift Requirements: 1. CA state license 2. Minimum of 2 years hospital laboratory work experience 3. 1 Year current Blood Bank experience highly preferred 4. Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, physical, biological science, or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution, or other educational requirements as stated in CLIA (42 CFR 493.1489) 5. ASCP certification, or equivalent required.
