13 Weeks M-F 0530-1400 or 0600-1430 May need to come in at 0200 for emergency staffing needs. Acts as technical information resource for MercyOne Des Moines Laboratory. Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance and/or results and uses knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and resolve them. Consults with Medical Technologists and/or Medical Laboratory Scientists when appropriate. Performs tasks and procedures specific to assigned section with minimal supervision.
