MRI Technologist Job Summary We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team. You must have an associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology; certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is a plus. Our ideal candidate knows how to operate the MRI machine efficiently, can make patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure, and coordinates with the patient's physician to ensure the results are received in a timely manner. You also must be familiar with medical terminology and be able to stand for extended periods.

MRI Technologist Duties and Responsibilities - Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility - Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging - Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable - Insert IVs when necessary for the test - Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information

MRI Technologist Requirements and Qualifications - Two (2) Years' Experience - Certification through the ARRT or a similar organization (preferred) - BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
