7N is a fast paced surgical telemetry unity focusing on post-operative care of CABG’s, valves, vascular surgeries, VATs and thoracotomies. They also see many different cardiac arrhythmias and patients’ pre and post cath lab procedures. You will need to be familiar with EKG’s, tele rhythm interpretation and monitoring, central line management, external pacemakers, cardiac drips, heparin drips, and chest tube management. Night Shift 1900-0700 Every Other Weekend Requirement 36 Hours/Week
