High acuity/census; fast-paced environment (patient movement in unit, traveling for procedures/surgeries. Cost Center: 14302. *NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* Must be tested along with drug screen. RTO must be on coversheet with submission. CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the 2022-2023 flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine.
